The Properties
We have holiday rentals in two locations.
SURBITON/KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES
Our two flats are 2 minutes walk from Surbiton Station with very frequent trains straight into London Waterloo taking only 20 minutes. The station also provides very easy access to:
The British Museum, Natural History Musuem, Art Galleries
Hampton Court Palace and Flower Show
Wimbledon Tennis
Chessington World of Adventures
Twickenham rugby.
There is also easy road access to Wisley RHS gardens and many National Trust properties such as Claremont Landscape Gardens and Ham House. Many guests stay with us when visiting Kingston University or Kingston Hospital which are only a short walk or bus ride away.
Kingston is a busy town with high end brands and excellent shopping in The Bentalls Centre and surrounding streets.
Parents of overseas students and lecturers of Kingston University find the accommodation which the apartments provide very convenient. (0.6 miles)
Camp Beaumont which is held at Claremont Fan Court School is only a few miles away and we regularly entertain the family groups.
EPSOM/EWELL
Our two larger holiday rentals are near Epsom: a large bungalow and a town house. They both have attractive south facing gardens and patios and are ideal for family holidays. They also have easy access to the attractions listed above plus of course The Epsom Derby. In addition the properties frequently have guests using the Royal Marsden and St Anthony's hospital which are only a couple of miles away.
All four properties are not suitable for parties.
No smoking is allowed in the properties.
Due to guests allergies etc we are not able to accept pets.
The 2 flats in Surbiton are 1/4 mile apart and are very close to Surbiton station

These larger properties are in Ewell near Epsom and offer great access to the Epsom Derby, NonSuch Mansion, Epsom College, Epsom Playhouse. For the children we are very close to Hobbledown Farm Park, Legoland, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo together with easy access to London.
