The location of this flat couldn't have worked out better for us. We were able to walk just around the corner to a wedding at Glenmore House; walk along the Thames and over Kingston bridge to visit relatives in Kingston; and walk into Surbiton for shopping, meals etc. There are many pubs and cafes to choose from.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious and with plenty of storage for clothes. The pull out sofa in the family room is firm and comfortable. When it was pulled out there was still ample room to move around it.

The host left us some basic necessities in the well stocked kitchen; milk, bread, etc for when we arrived. This was a nice touch! We felt very welcome.

Great flat excellent location close to shops and train station. We had a car so having parking was a big plus. Martin was great to deal with and the flat was very clean & well furnished.

I found it amazing when I was staying at this bnb.
This flat is cool and fantastic since it is well equipped and clean!
Also, the location is great. It just took me a few minutes walk to Surbition station. By taking the Southwest line train to Waterloo (about 20mins ride), you can reach the city center which is really convenient. And there are boots, McDonald's and waitrose supermarket nearby where you can buy some stuff and food .
Martin is definitely a good host.

Our flat was exactly as described on the website. It was clean , comfortable and in a great location. The welcome pack when we arrived was greatly appreciated by our whole family. Would definitely recommend this flat.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment is a very spacious place for a family of 3 staying. Martin is a lovely host and whenever we have questions about the apartment, he can be easily reached with a phone call. The small gesture that was provided in the apartment such as eggs, milk, bread and butter and cookies were absolutely lovely especially after 15 hours long travelling time. We are very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay at Surbiton. The location is also very convenient to Kingston town.

We were 6 international students looking for a nice place to stay while collaborating with Kingston University. This apartment was great! We had everything we needed and were close to the train station and a grocery store. The apartment was clean and modern.

Location was fantastic, with the local station just down the road. Couple of stops to Wimbledon and Hampton Court. Easy access to Thames and excellent shopping area.
The flat was ideal for us, in a quiet street and in the back of the unit complex so very quiet. Welcome pack was thoughtful and very much appreciated after a long day of travelling. The flat was well set up and very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out.
We would highly recommend this listing.

Martin was very helpful through the check in process. The VRBO app wasn’t working for me but Martin kindly sent everything I needed via text. The flat is a short walk to the train station which has frequent departures to London. The Welcome Package was greatly appreciated and perfect when you arrive late and have what you need for breakfast the next morning. The area is safe and quiet, with several pubs and a market a short walk to the high street. We would definitely stay again.

It has two bedrooms with plenty of room. The little town of Surbiton was very cute and the train into the city was right there. Lots of nice resturants and a grocery store were very close by. Martin, the owner was easy to work with and right there when we needed anything. The welcome basket he left for us was greatly appreciate.

Martin the owner was incredibly easy to deal with and welcoming with the food pack he left for us. It's a very neat, simple and warm apartment, and has secure under cover parking. If you want convenience for the station for trains to town, the high street with all the shops you need and access to the river, and buses to Kingston. then it's hard to beat this location. It was such an easy stay.
