We had a wonderful time at Martin’s place. Martin was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The flat is lovely and in a great neighborhood. We would love to stay there again the next time we’re in Surbiton!

We chose this location due to its close proximity to my old university, Surbiton Station - which has a brilliant service running to Wimbledon and Central London - and the dual carriageway into Putney. The flat was on the ground floor and had a small garage for parking, which is another reason why we chose the flat, as parking costs can be very expensive in and around the London area. Martin was responsive to all of our questions and gave detailed instruction on entry and use of the flat. The Flat was secure but also easy to enter. The garage for parking is a little small, but can accommodate most Hatchbacks and Small SUVs. The flat was more than spacious enough for two adults and an infant. It was also clean and decluttered. Martin left a nice tough with some chocolates, bread, milk, eggs, and wine. Overall pleased with our hosts, and would definitely consider visiting again! Thanks Martin!

Martin was a fantastic host! So responsive and helpful and did so much to help us feel at home (eg tea bags, bread and milk on arrival). The flat is lovely and a really good location (also quiet). Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was great in a perfect location in Surbiton, very close to the station and the high street of Surbiton. The quality of the mattress in the double bed is not the best but besides this, everything was as expected and we loved the flat.

Great place to stay if you dont consider a hotel. Quiet amd private location and It has everything thst is needed. Even providing a garage for parking. I can recommend this place 100%.

I stayed in Surbiton with my dad and sister for a family reunion. The flat was very comfortable and spacious. A stone throw away from Surbiton station, super convinient. Beds were really comfortable. Everything we needed was already there! The hosts were also kind enough to leave us some breakfast essentials and a lovely bottle of wine. Such a nice touch. My dad uses a walker but the flat is on the ground floor so it was really easy for him to get in and out. I highly recommend this place for anyone, but families in particular. The location is safe and close to the high street. There's board games in the flat, decent WiFi and a TV with Virgin Media. Thank you Martin for a wonderful stay!

This flat is in an amazing location, just a 5 minute walk to the Thames and boat trips or Surbiton high street, full of little coffee shops and great restaurants. There are also some nice pubs nearby and Kingston is walkable in about 20 minutes. The flat is a good size and parking is easy so we would highly recommend.

Perfect location for a London stay. Martin was very helpful through the check in process. The VRBO app wasn’t working for me but Martin kindly sent everything I needed via text. The flat is a short walk to the train station which has frequent departures to London. The Welcome Package was greatly appreciated and perfect when you arrive late and have what you need for breakfast the next morning. The area is safe and quiet, with several pubs and a market a short walk to the high street. We would definitely stay again.

My family really liked this property and the location was ideal for them as I live nearby. They thought it was a good and equipped flat with everything they wanted including children games, toys and kitchen utensils etc Also they loved the food basket and kind card Martin left :)

The flat is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The welcome package was very much appreciated. The location is very convenient. It's a very short walk to the train station, and the bus stop is practically in front of the building. And yet, it is a relatively quiet area. Waitrose and Sainsbury (groceries) are both close by, as well as a number of pubs and restaurants. Nice view of the park across the street. We enjoyed taking walks along the Thames river, which is only a couple blocks away, as well as the local farmer's market and food festival.
Martin is very responsive and took care of everything we needed. Great host!

Comfortable apartment in great location.
Convenient for Kew Gardens, Riverside walks, Richmond Park, Wimbledon, Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace, nearby Shops in Surbiton, Kingston and Richmond. Good and quick links for Central London.

This delightful clean fully equipped flat certainly met all our needs especially when greeted with such thoughtful gifts of wine, bread, eggs, butter and lovely biscuits! Its location was perfect too with a lovely scenic small park outside the balcony and within walking distance of both Surbiton train station, local shops and the River Thames. We would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable little flat. Bread, milk, butter, biscuits and wine left to welcome us. Lovely fresh towels, nice bedding. Brilliant location for us to visit Kew and Hampton Court Palace, by train if we wanted to. Fantastic to have a secure free parking space for the duration.

Awesome place in an even more awesome location! We loved our stay in Surbiton - the flat is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a city break. The location is fantastic - v close to Waitrose and the train station and just across the road from the park. Highly recommended

Clean, well furnished flat which served our family and visiting friends well
We really enjoyed our time here. Great location, spacious enough for a 9 day stay. Martin responded quickly to a few extra needs. He thoughtfully provided eggs, milk, and butter to help us get through our first morning.
